No gym = not so good sleep?

Last week I managed to get the gym 5 days in row (first in a long time) and every night  Monday through Friday I slept all night without waking until I had to get up.  I slept well Saturday night probably being wore out from the week and Sunday night I awoke at 3:12 a.m., went pee, got a drink of water and back to sleep and didn’t want to get up Monday. So far this weekk we haven’t gotten there yet due to other more important stuff and Monday night I again woke up around 3 did same as Sunday, peed, water but instead of going back to bed I went and slept on the couch thinking I would get up better if I wasn’t so comfy, WRONG!!  Last night I was very tired so I was in bed before 11:00 and again awake at 1:00 a.m. but instead of peeing and water I felt hungry so I had some almonds with a glass of water and figured I sleep with my tummy not growling…WRONG…wake up again after 2, look at clock and go back to sleep, wake up again around 5:00 a.m., so I got myself out of bed and tonite is our late night, honey bowls, and I won’t be able to get to bed till around 12:30 BUT I am going to the gym today so I am hopeful that it seems I sleep better after going there that I will sleep all nite until the alarm goes off…next week will be an all week gym week (I hope) so we’ll see if it holds true for me that a good nights sleep rests on my getting to the gym everyday.

I too sleep better at night when I’ve gotten in my daily workouts. Yet another point FOR them! hehe

I love sleeping so well after those great workouts. Sometimes I find some food with some good fiber to be a little more filling. Apple or a little cereal. All the best getting to the gym. I know you can do it. I am on a streak FINALLY with exercise. Tis a great feeling. :) Enjoy!

I noticed since I started exercising, that I do sleep better. I fall asleep faster, falling asleep used to be difficult before.
So I try to do some activity, most days. On Saturdays is usually the day I give myself a break, if I do, so that I get the benefit of a good nights sleep each weekday!
