No walk/jog for me today…
it’s TOM and am not very comfortable today. Supposed to do weights and my walk/jog, but it’s not gonna happen. I may however, do some weights at home where I will be more comfortable and might play on my WII (I have WII Fit and love it). We just bought MLB and also the new Madden but I dont’ like football so I don’t really care about that one. Next month NHL comes out on WII so we will have that and in October Jillian Michael’s comes out WII which I will also have (can’t wait) I have party to go to on Sunday (my daughter is having her kids names changed to her husband’s last name, their biological father wants nothing to do with them, luckily they are so young (4 and 5) and only know her husband as Daddy so her MIL is having an “adoption” party) and a benefit on Sunday for a man with throat cancer that will have 4 bands on Sunday so I’m hoping everything will be gone by them. Everyone have a great week….
WOw, congratulations to your daughter, her husband and your grandchildren. They are truly blessed. Have fun at the adoption party.
I used to feel uncomfortable working out during my TOM as well. But I find exercise is a great stress and cramp reliever. The only thing I do different is modify my routine in Yoga. There are certain moves I can’t do with TOM. But other than that I always feel 100% better after putting in a couple hours at the gym.
I hope you feel better soon.

I wish it was cramps…I can deal with those…didn’t want to get too graphic but I’m uncomfortable because it is VERY HEAVY, if anyone knows what I mean. Other than that I feel fine, just don’t like being anywhere other than home or work when it’s like this. Yes, my daughter is very lucky to have found somone who wants to raise those kids as his own (he’s only 25 and she’s 24) and his family has also accepted them as being “their grandchildren” too. His mom used to get worried I would get upset for them calling her gramma. I think it’s great. Both my grandmother’s died before I knew them so they are very lucky to have so many people including their great-grandmother (my mother) and knew their great-grandfather (my father) before he passed away last October.
Enjoy the games and the party and way to go listening to your body.
Though this week has been tough, getting use to a new way of being, I know I have found a new and great way of being.
Have a great weekend Ms. Intuitive
